Scriptchat
“It’s not a competition, it’s a community.”
Scriptchat is a Twitter chat for screenwriters and filmmakers where we talk craft, host guests and panels, share ideas, and occasionally drink tequila (well, maybe more than occasionally).
The chat and community were founded by the Treefort: Jeanne Bowerman, Mina Zaher, Jamie Livingston, Zac Sanford and me. You can visit the Scriptchat site for more information, including transcripts, instructions on how to join a chat and a schedule of chat topics.

Events
Scriptchat now hosts networking events to connect screenwriters with each other and other film industry pros. We co-hosted our first event with Script magazine in November 2010 in NYC and it was a big hit. We’ve continued to host events in London and Los Angeles as well. Join our Facebook page to RSVP for upcoming events and to stay in the loop about all things Scriptchat.
